Canceling Orders

To cancel an order, please do so within 24 hrs of placement. Once work has begun on an order particular to you or the order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! You may return your product within 7 business days after you receive it and we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs.Please note that jewelry showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in anyway will not be accepted for return.

All repairs are handled individually and will be charged to the customer when appropriate..

Artisan expectation

The item(s) you are ordering is not factory made and therefore not intended to be factory perfect.
All the jewelry is either completely hand done or created through a process of lost wax casting, and most often the process is a combination of the two. Though it is fine jewelry with a refined look, there is also a hewn 'cool" interesting dimension to the pieces. It is this that gives it it's unique character and it is this very characteristic that will illicit comments on your style. You will not see another person with the exact same piece of jewelry.
